Binoculars are great for live visual observation. Vespera is different: it is an instrument for taking pictures. Vespera offers features that do not exist for binoculars: automated pointing and tracking for exemple.
The level of detail observed will be much more important with Vespera as the colors and the quality of the observations in general.
