AcutENS: I've encountered a bug with Live Focus (beta).

If you've encountered a bug during Live Focus, please describe your problem, observation and observation conditions to beta@vaonis.com.

Please provide the debug files of your observation to your feedback to help our team of developers to analyse the issue.

For Stellina users, connect to Singularity before your observation:

1. Go to Space Center > Instrument > Image Formats > Enable Debug files

2. Launch an observation

3. Retrieve all the files on your USB key

4. Send them to Vaonis using software such as WeTransfer or Google Drive.

For Vespera users, connect to Singularity, before your observation:

1. Go to Space Center > Instrument > Image Formats > Enable Debug files

2. Launch an observation

2. Follow the FTP Wi-Fi procedure to retrieve all the files of your observation

4. Send them to Vaonis using software such as WeTransfer or Google Drive.

You can disable Live Focus in your settings if the problem persists.
