How to update STELLINA?

We release STELLINA’s software updates about every 6-8 weeks. It may include: new features, optimization, new settings for image processing, bug corrections, display fixes… We highly recommend you to update your device each time a new version is released to take full advantages of the latest improvements brought to STELLINA

How to proceed:

  1. Update your mobile app Stellinapp on the App Store or Play Store.
  2. Open Stellinapp, turn your device on and connect your mobile or tablet on STELLINA’s wifi.
  3. A popup will ask you to update your STELLINA.
  4. If the popup does not show up, click on the 1st tab at the bottom left of the menu (STELLINA’s Controls) and click on Install Version V**.
  5. DO NOT TURN OFF your device/battery while the device is updating: the update will take several minutes (5 to 10 minutes). The blue button should stay blue during this phase. Stellinapp will show you the progress of the update.
  6. DO NOT PRESS THE BUTTON while STELLINA is rebooting. The blue button should stay blue during this phase.
  7. When the update is complete, check that STELLINA’s network is back in your wifi settings.
    You don’t need to turn off and on again your STELLINA.
