How to save my pictures on my PC/Laptop (Windows users)?

We have created a fast and simple way to transfer your pictures from your Vespera's internal storage to your PC or laptop:

1. Connect your laptop to Vespera’s Wi-Fi signal.



2. Open your File Explorer to access the navigation bar.
Make sure to disable any firewall or antivirus software on your computer.



3. Enter "ftp://10.0.0.1" in the navigation bar and press Enter.



4. Once connected, you will see your pictures. You can either save them to your computer or delete them from your Vespera.


Troubleshooting:

  • If you are unable to view your files, we recommend using FileZilla, a free and easy-to-use software:

    1. Enter "ftp://10.0.0.1" in the Host field.
    2. Click Quickconnect to access your files.





  • If you receive an error message stating the server is not available, this likely means that something on your laptop (e.g., firewall, antivirus) is blocking the FTP connection. Make sure to temporarily disable these programs before attempting to connect.
