How to save my pictures on my PC/Laptop (Windows users)?
We have created a new and fast way to save and transfer your pictures from your Vespera storage to your PC/Laptop:
1. Connect your PC/Laptop to your Vespera's Wi-Fi signal.
Don't forget to turn off your firewall.
2. Open your File Explorer on your PC/Laptop
3. On your navigation bar, type "ftp://10.0.0.1" and validate with "Enter":
4. You have access to your pictures. You can save them on your computer or delete them from your Vespera:
If you are unable to see your files through this process, we recommend using the software FileZilla. It's free and very easy to use.
Just enter the FTP under "Host" and click on Quickconnect:
If you have an error message that the server is not available, that means something is preventing the FTP locally on your laptop. It could be a firewall, an antivirus etc. Make sure to turn it off before using the protocole.
