How to update my observation station?

Please note: Two types of updates are available:
- An update for the Singularity application, must be done first,
- An update for the software embedded in your Stellina or Vespera observation station.

In our newsletter "A new update is now available" we provide the latest version numbers. Updates may include: new features, optimization, new image processing settings, bug fixes, and display adjustments. We strongly recommend updating your station whenever an update is available.

How to update your observation station:
1. Update your Singularity application through your app store (App Store or Google Play store).
2. Open the application, start up your station, and connect to its Wi-Fi network.
3. In the Space Center, a button will allow you to update your observation station. Follow the instructions.
4. Stay close to your observation station. Do not turn off your station or your battery during the update, which may take 5 to 10 minutes. The button stays blue during the update. You can track progress from your mobile app.
5. Avoid pressing the power button on your observation station during the restart. The button remains blue during this phase.
6. Once the update is completed, wait a few minutes and verify that your station's network reappears.

You don't need to power your station off and on during the entire update process.
