What happens in case of breakdown/breakage?

In case of breakdown or breakage, we invite you to contact our customer care department at support@vaonis.com. After a diagnosis with one of our technicians, your product will either be repaired remotely through a software upgrade or sent back to our workshop for repair. 

If your Stellina needs a repair or check-up in our workshop, our service will take around 2 weeks after receiving your instrument in our office.
If you're instrument no longer has warranty, we can still service your instrument. Transport costs are at your expense and we will provide a quote for the repair service.
