Vespera being a brand new product, it may have youthful defects. In case of proven defects, failure or breakage, we invite you to contact our support department at support@vaonis.com. After a diagnosis with one of our technicians, your product will either be repaired remotely with a software update or sent back to our factories for repair. Repair support is only available in countries where delivery is offered.
