Where can I found my instrument's serial number?

You can find your instrument’s serial number in two locations:

  1. On the original packaging that came with your instrument.
  2. On a sticker located just beneath the instrument’s axis for Vespera models or inside the battery compartment for Stellina.

The serial number format varies by model:

  • Vespera Classic: VE
  • Vespera Passengers: VED
  • Vespera II: VEII
  • Vespera Pro: VEP
  • Stellina: ST
