Where can I found my instrument's serial number?
You can find your instrument’s serial number in two locations:
- On the original packaging that came with your instrument.
- On a sticker located just beneath the instrument’s axis for Vespera models or inside the battery compartment for Stellina.
The serial number format varies by model:
- Vespera Classic: VE
- Vespera Passengers: VED
- Vespera II: VEII
- Vespera Pro: VEP
- Stellina: ST
