There can be several reasons for initialization failures. Please check that:
- You have selected the right observation station in your Space Center (Singularity app).
- The optical arm is properly deployed and pointing at an area with sufficiently bright stars.
- The power source and cable meet the required specifications.
- The observation conditions are in place: sufficiently cloudless or veiled dark sky with an unobstructed view free of any light sources, etc.
- The station is properly leveled.
We recommend you take your station out at least 30 minutes before starting your observation so that it warms up. You can also try to run your observation without a USB flash drive.
If repeated failures occur, please submit a ticket to our support department, describing your observation conditions with as many details as possible, the model of your mobile device, and share the debug files downloaded to your USB flash drive with us, if you used one.
